GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Working under the supervision of the Executive Director, this position (bilingual preferred) holds dual roles of Intake Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator responsibilities including: providing information and direction to walk-ins and phone callers and day-to-day coordination of the front office; providing direction, coordination and consultation for volunteer functions within the Hardee Help Center.
HOURS: The Intake & Volunteer Coordinator would be full time, with a total of 35 hours per week, 8:00AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday. Intake responsibilities will be during morning hours and require about 30 hours a week. The Volunteer responsibilities will be about 5 hours per week. Additional hours may be required during special events and training.
