Drive Out Hunger 2017
Hardee Help Center's Drive Out Hunger Campaign places the power to make a meaningful difference in the fight to end hunger and avoid homelessness directly with our Campaign Sponsors, and in your hands. The efforts of everyone involved make a difference in the amount and variety of foods and services we are able to provide to families in need.
Heartland Music Fest - One Series & Fundraiser - November 4th & 5th
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Hardee Help Center.
As a celebration of faith and unity of the church, The Heartland Music Fest - One Series, along with all of the other fun, will feature music from local churches & individuals while raising money for two great organizations - SendMeMissions and Hardee Help Center. There are two ways to buy tickets to benefit these organizations. Just mention the fundraiser when you arrive and purchase your tickets that day. Check out their Facebook page for more info.
Hardee Help Center will have a table set up from 8am - 3pm outside the Wauchula Winn-Dixie (1133 South 6th Avenue, Wauchula, FL 33873). Food and monetary donations will be accepted during this event to support the program services provided to local families throughout the year.

Talking Points - (Children and Elderly)Good nutrition, particularly in the first three years of life, is important for establishing a good foundation that has implications for a child’s future physical and mental health, academic achievement, and economic productivity. Unfortunately, food insecurity is an obstacle that threatens that critical foundation. Use these talking points to help facilitate discussion.
What should I do with my food and money donations when my drive is done?
Food and monetary donations are accepted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is highly recommended to schedule a time to drop-off to insure a staff member will be available to direct and possibly assist with unloading the donations.
